LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE

Balancing of interests and performance of agreements. The purposes are that the personal data assistant on behalf of the person responsible for personal data should be able to perform the assignment and the services described in or as a result of the assignment agreement. Can also be for handling accounting requirements or for marketing purposes.

The company processes your personal data  with the support of your consent, which you provide in connection with your access to our website.

Your personal data will mainly be processed within the EU / EEA by Microsoft and Wix.com as an assistant, but may also be transferred to other countries. The company has taken appropriate protection measures to protect your personal data, by the recipient of the personal data having signed an agreement containing certain standard agreement clauses that have been approved by the EU Commission. A copy of these signed standard agreement clauses may be provided upon request to DPO@nord-ic.com.
